Sometimes we feel that our problems are way beyond our capability. I qualified as a counsellor many years ago but felt that the "old counselling" was not always helpful and for certain people, very restricting.

When we go through counselling, we open up so much stuff about ourselves, maybe there are things that have been buried or things that you do not have anyone to share with. Sometimes the road may feel a little lonely and you may just need someone to talk to.

I work for the highest good with my clients and each session is individual, tailored to what their own personal needs are. We look at where the original problems came from, how we can move on and leave them behind. Sometimes it may just be that my client just needs to talk. I will give them the benefit of many years experience of life and show them ways to turn their own lives round.

I demand a lot from my clients - I only work with people that want help and are willing to make changes in their lives that will help them overcome their troubles. In return they get my individual help within the session and other help that may be in the form of books or leaflets that I may suggest.

Counselling to me gives my clients the freedom to enjoy their future and say goodbye to the traumatic past.

My fees are £35 per hour, please be aware that it may take several sessions depending on the issues we are working with, I will always be honest and open and I will tell you how long I feel it is necessary to work on your issue, depending on what it is.

I want my clients to improve as quickly as possible and I never hang on to them for longer than I need.
